WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY BEDGEBURY KENT

28/05/2011
Jon & Jo's wedding at Bedgebury School Kent
Jo's father is the Head of the school where I have covered a vast amount of photography at the school through Bell International, so when his daughter announced her marriage I was the first port of call, knowing the venue so well it gave great scope for my self and Clare to cover all angles of the day. The amount of effort and thought that had gone in to the day really made it something special, the 1920's theme had a group singing and playing to some vintage themes, scones, bone china tea cups, bunting and even some of the guests had gone along with the theme with their clothing.

Their is a massive advantage in having two photographers on a wedding as you can cover all angles, and also bounce ideas off of each other. After doing a recce before we covered John and Jo's portraits we looked at the staircase from different perspectives, Clare had come across using the stairs as a backdrop as it was cold and windy outside, I had done a test shot and the image shown was one of my favourite images of the day, the toning replicates a 1920's feel to it as well. After a long day it was time for us to set off with four memory cards packed with the days images the couple will have a great memory of the day from our wedding photos.
