BARRETTS HONDA CIVIC TOURING CAR PHOTOGRAPHY

The current Civic has gone back to being a more conventional looking car then the previous models sharp angular lines and firmer ride and handling, with the livery of the TOCA 2013 Honda Racing Team the car certainly looked the part though. Kent based Buckmore Park karting circuit agreed to let myself and fellow car pro photographer Nick Simmonds use the track for an hour on a warm but frosty morning, we had the ideal setting for a great set of photos for the dealership to promote the Honda Civic Ti.

Buckmore Park International Karting Circuit hosts a wealth of karting championships and also offers corporate hospitality days as well, it was ideal for the shoot today due to its locality and being a kart based circuit the car never looked lost anywhere it was placed on the track. The warm glow of the early morning sun added to the off camera flash lighting and gave a mix of ambient and artificial lighting, the speed lives work a treat on filling any light needed, especially on the alloys.

The Honda Civic Ti is available in three colours, Milano Rad, White Orchid Pearl and Alabaster Silver metallic, with the 17" Le Mans alloy wheels, AC, cruise and bluetooth hands free it is a bargain on the road for just £17,000.
