BELL INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AT BEDGEBURY SCHOOL

Bedgebury School photography for Bell International
Although the photos over the last couple of weeks will be used for the individual schools a selection will also be used as generic images to promote Bell's summer programmes, with a variety of sporting events taking place today it was a good opportunity to cover some areas that we did not have a chance to capture at Cobham and Wellington due to the weather. After covering a selection of students with teachers in the classrooms it was time for the afternoons activities, these included art, cooking, hockey, kayaking and swimming. Lighting on the day was good with enough cloud cover to diffuse the light coming in from the sun, an occasional shower also helped to give the greenery a fresh and vibrant look. Due to Bedgebury school having large rooms their was plenty of natural light available, even late in to the evening, the 135mm lens wide open at ISO 800 works so well in classroom environments and also as a portable option for sport photography as opposed to the heavier 70-200mm lens. Finished up just after 8.30pm, no bonfire unfortunately due to the damp ground but a film and poker evening took place instead.
