MODEL PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE BROOKLANDS MUSUEM
19/08/2019
Photographer Paul Dixon attended todays course, more of a one to one session where model Sophie had a variety of modern and vintage outfits during the course of the day. During the model photography course we covered photographing Sophie indoors and outdoors, the heavy rain first thing in the morning gave me a chance to use the aircraft hangar, using artificial light and natural light showed how both can work just as well.
After a quick lunch break we then used the brand new Morgan Plus Six and a classic 1967 Ford Mustang convertible, Sophie had different outfits that worked really well with the british racing green of the Morgan, using reflected light with a large Lastolite reflector aided the lighting, also the sun had appeared now so made for some more challenging scenarios. We also concentrated on composition and using the manual control of the camera.
I will be announcing new dates for the car and model photography courses very soon for 200, one to one tuition is also available, please contact me for more information.
