The evening set up was similar to yesterday evenings, different mood lighting which was a cool blue which was ideal for the ambient lighting and meant that during the ceremony I didn't have to use flash again. I decided to use it in the pre dinner photos as the rooms being used were dark with subdued lighting, you forget how good the 600 Speed lite is in manual mode, it covers a wider spread then the previous 580 Speed lite and at ISO 1600 1/60 @ F4 it produced results that defy they war taken with flash.
After dinner actor and comedian Miles Jupp was on hand to host the event and charm the audience with his wit, mainly at the expense of the financial sector! Their were over twenty awards and commendations this evening and with some more space then the previous evening I was able to group the winners against their branding in the background. The evening finished for me at 11pm but the guests and inners were partying on until 2am in the morning.
