BRAMFIELD HOUSE SCHOOL
23/03/2011
I arrived at the school just after 8.30am, the grounds and buildings are quite spectacular, Bramfield House is a boarding school during he week to over 50 pupils who have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, the school covers ten acres in total and is an ideal learning environment for the 10-18 year olds to learn in. The classes are quite small and gave good flexibility to move around in and in some cases set up some staged images. With the weather being ideal and loads of natural light coming in to the classrooms it made the 24-70mm lens the ideal optic for the day. During lunch we covered all of the pupils portraits and finished off in the afternoon with a variety of subjects, cooking, motor mechanics, hockey, football, art and music. Finished at 3pm and then set off to London to see Peter Gabriel at Hammersmith, long day but a great way to relax in the evening listening to PG with an orchestera behind him playing along to a wealth of his material, old and new.
