VICE CHANCELLOR CHRIST CHURCH UNIVERSITY

Installation of the new VC of Christ Church University
Their was quite a bit of walking today as the initial service was taking place at Old Sessions House, the main campus of CCCU in the chapel with then a walk over to the Cathedral, then followed by a lunch at Augustine House. I stuck mainly with the 70-200mm lens which gave a good variety of close up and distant photos, the 24-70mm came on for a few wider shots which were especially effective in the cathedral with the warm colours of the lighting and stone work. It was then a case of hot footing it back to the main campus to download a selection of images for the press office to send off to a variety of publications. After some portraits of Christ Church lecturer Robert Bowie for another press release it was a quick stroll to Motorline Renault to cover their used car photography. Exhausting day so looking forward to a great evening out with some friends at the recently opened Cafe De Soleil in Canterbury.
