CHRIST CHURCH UNIVERSITY PHOTOGRAPHY DAY 2

I stayed with the 5D again today, mostly using the 24-70mm as a lot of the photos today were for large spreads and needed to have a fair amount of spacing around them for text. I also used some off camera flash again, favourite shot of the day was a series of portraits that we covered in the student union, we had noticed the other day that their was a graffiti backdrop on the stage area and wanted to use this for a more colourful and punchy image of the students. Lighting was simple, remote flash to the left ISO 400 1/60 second @ F11, just enough to bring the background down to give a moodier effect, plus the students pose and look matched exactly what I was after. We finished just before 5pm and another eight hour stint was over, tiring day but finished with two great days of images, looking forward to seeing Nik's final designs next week.
