The property photography in Kent was for the companies portfolio showing the houses in all there glory, two properties remain with the other four being sold in the New Year just after they went live on the market. The weather was perfect with glorious early morning sunshine and clear blue skies. The photography was to include two larger properties, showing the quality of the interiors and exteriors. For the majority of the home photographs I use the 14-24mm Nikon lens, pin sharp throughout and attached to a tripod for long exposures at low ISO's to produce the cleanest images possible, always good to use the three legged friend as it slows you down and allows perfect composition, also with the camera low it minimises distortion with the wider end of the lens.

I finished the property photography with some detailed images of the appliances and craftsmanship, 24-70mm lens for these. Also the sun had shifted slightly which worked for some wide images of the houses on the bespoke estate at Orchard Gate. The final images will be used for the developers portfolio in print and online.
