ARCHITECTURE PHOTOGRAPHY UNIVERSITY OF KENT

D & B facades is a market–leading design and build specialist providing an integrated service for external refurbishment of ageing buildings using there proprietary aluminium rain screen and other over cladding materials. They deliver projects whilst buildings remain fully occupied and with minimal disruption to normal use. The Ingram building has been completely transformed and now looks like a completely new building.

The architecture photography for the company was to show off a variety of angles of the building, these will be used for there website and portfolio, highlighting the transformation of the old to the new by way of cladding materials. I used two cameras, one with the 24-70mm lens for the standard group of photos that had to replicate the clients photos of the original Ingram building, then with the 14-24mm lens I photographed the building from some wider and more obscure angles to show the extent of the refurbishment.
