ESTATE AGENTS AND SURVEYORS PHOTOGRAPHY IN KENT

On Friday and Monday I was covering photography in Canterbury and Sandwich for chartered surveyors Finn and Sons alongside Amos Dawton & Finn estate agents, the images were of general scenes in the area as well as formal and informal portraits of the staff and its partners. Both days were typical of this time of year i terms of lighting, flat and grey, hence the need for a reflector to lift the subjects being photographed. On some occasions, mainly for the candids natural window light worked perfectly to create some clean and bright images.

I still have some more scenic photos to take for the project, these will be used on the companies website and other marketing materials. The portraits were taken with the 100mm Nikon F2.8 macro lens, perfect focal length on a full frame camera with enough distance so you are not too close to the subject, also wide open at 2.8/F4 is creates a nice shallow depth of field.
