I have known Nick for a number of years now, he has worked in the car industry at Barrett's Honda and BMW and recently switched over to Mercedes Benz in Ashford. I met Nick and Wendy earlier in the year to discuss the wedding photography in Kent, they wanted and informal days coverage with a few formal family group shots. The location for the ceremony was a picturesque church in Coldred village near Dover, the St Pancras church has the capacity for around 40 guests which was the number that the couple had invited for the day.

I was booked to cover the ceremony until the sit down meal, this was at the Cider House Works which is located just a few miles away in Waldershare, a perfect rural setting for Nick and Wendy's relaxed wedding day celebrations. There were quite a few children as guests on the day, this made for some great candids all picked up with the 70-200mm lens, this was used for the majority of the days wedding photography in Dover, Kent. The 16-35mm wide angle zoom was ideal for the interior images of the church, which although was small inside provided the perfect venue for the group of family and friends.
