GROVE FERRY PUB AND RESTAURANT PHOTOGRAPHY IN KENT

The Grove Ferry pub and restaurant is a stylish 19th century building and offers a wide selection of meals, featuring locally sourced ingredients, as well as a range of Shepherd Neame beers, fine wines and stylish accommodation. Run by the Yummy pub company and supported by Shepherd Neame the popular food and drinking establishment has had a refurbishment inside and out, now with a farmyard, herb garden and two bars it really is the place to be for those hot Summer days or winter evenings as the restaurant has great ambiance with its soft furnishings and rustic charm. The photography on Friday afternoon/evening was a real mix, this included interior, exterior photography along with portraits, of staff and animals, food, drink and abstract images that will be sued by the Yummy pub company and brewery Shepherd Neame.

Its a busy week for me as the majority is covering food and drink photography in Kent and Surrey, the Summer weather is perfect for these shoots as the pubs are busy and the blue skies and sunshine bring out the colour in the buildings and surrounding greenery. Lenses used today were 70-200mm zoom and 16-35mm wide angle, the wide 16mm end of the lens is perfect for interior and exterior photographs.
